About the data
Published by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) under House Bill 3415, which makes state contract spending public.
- What's published
- State purchase orders and purchase card charges, with receipts, invoices and contracts attached where available.
- Where it comes from
- Purchase card charges and receipts come from the state's Works card system. Purchase orders and their attachments come from PeopleSoft.
- What the amounts mean
- A purchase order shows its expected cost, which is a commitment, not a payment. A purchase card record shows the amount charged.
- Before anything appears
- Records pass OMES publishing rules and staff review. Sensitive details in documents are redacted, and internal fields such as cardholder names are not published.
